If you have computer, network or server issues, or have a project in mind, give us a call. We can come to you! We are based in Caterham, Surrey and we operate a minimum charge based on travel distance.

On Site, charged per 30 minutes:

Within 5 miles: half hour minimum from £37.50+ VAT

Within 8 miles: 1 hour minimum from £75 + VAT

Within 12 miles: 2 hour minimum from £150 + VAT

Within 30 miles: 4 hour minimum from £300 + VAT

All other areas: day rate. Travel/Overnight TBD

Remote support:

We are able to connect to your desktop, laptop or server and control it using our remote access software. We provide remote or telephone support from £18.75 + VAT for the first 15 minutes, with further time charged to the nearest minute.
